My research has lead me to believe that a hybrid with memory foam over individually wrapped coils would be best. I'd appreciate any feedback. Thanks.
I have a firm innerspring mattress with a pillow top. It works great for me.. not too hard but supportive!! I'm a back sleeper. I use a chiropractic pillow that I absolutely love and a small pillow between my knees and my bottom to take more pressure off my back. Good luck! I truly hope you find the right mattress for you. (I've been told that heavier people don't do near as well as lighter weight folks with a memory foam mattress.)
I have a memory foam mattress and I’d love to replace it with a much firmer one
We love our sleep number bed with a natural latex topper. I can adjust the settings depending on my day. My husband has his own controls too.
It wasn’t cheap tho but we got in on a 24 month no interest. We paid $100 a month and paid off before the promo expired. Hope this is helpful. 🤗
@A MySpondylitisTeam Member - I have all the same kind of pillows in the same spots 😭
Thanks, folks. I wish I could sleep on a recliner but I've never been able to sleep on my back. I guess there's no cheap or easy way to deal with AS back pain. Sleep is restorative, and I need much more to feel better.
