I started using CBD/THC cream as it's legal in my state. I started making my own with arnica gel, CBD,THC, coconut oil, magnesium cream. You can also use any of these separately if you don't like the THC/CBD aspect

I use topical lidocaine 4%. It helps superficial pain. I use the patch as well on the upper back. It helps more than not. Hope this helps.

I was given a script for Valtaren ointment! I've used it twice, but, I honestly cannot get past the smell. I use a THC infused ointment that I make myself, but you can't go wrong with tiger balm, aspercream, or any of the balms on the market.

I have a script for 5% lidoderm patches. I use them only on flare up days because, like the tens unit, or even my pain medication..use it too often and the efficacy drops. It is a messed up tightrope to walk but what choice do we really have. I just read an article with data showing even the biologics efficacy drops after time.
I mentioned the Valtaren cream. That stuff really did seem to help except for the smell.

Bio freeze helps somedays. CBD/THC topical I found the best relief from however I feel like the products you find don't work as well as I hoped.
I started making my own with various oils and herb variations based on need, only thing that consistently works. It's great for changing up or adding to for specifics such as cayenne pepper for arthritis pain or dandalion infused oil for skin rash.
