Does anyone take tylmos does it effect your spondylitis I take it for osteoporosis

I have degenerative disc disease with spondylitis and scoliosis.

I have both and yes does make it worse at times.

Tylenol works and helps a bit, but do not take more than 8 a day. It does make one constipated.
