Any knowledge of nerves spondylosis, spondylitis?

Does anyone know what happens when the nerves are affected from lower lumbar region? I'm swollen and hurt from the left side of spine(tail bone) Also from in between my shoulder blades to shoulder

Read my posts, I think you may find some interesting info. I’ve been constantly misdiagnosed and for many years. It’s only been 10 years since my dx was confirmed by HLA B27 and multiple scans, MRI, CT etc. I’ve suffered since my late 20’s.
