Sounds really bad. Sorry to hear. I take ibuprofen, when that didn't work any more I took some Arcoxia I had left. I sleep/lie down whenever I can. I'm a carer so sometimes I have time between visits. I've been referred for the biological medication Secukinumab. I'm really hoping I'll feel less wiped out/brain fog, less pain with it.
