I am new to this as well. I didn't find any real helpful advice on google. Currently my doctor is working on getting me treatment with a biologic and I continue to work on using aqua therapy to help me.

If you are using the app or web page for this site, there are many articles about anything related to this disease in the menu. For me, it's the 3 bars in the upper left hand corner. I scroll through and read often, as well as reading other people's posts on what they have going on. A general search on Google did not have as many answers I needed tho. But this site has a lot of useful information within. Good luck. I am almost a newbie here too, diagnosed last year, so it's only been a few months for me, although I have had a wide range of symptoms for too many years before diagnosis.
