So very tired, weak, heavy, all over my body. Cervical to lumbar pain & heavyness. Arm and leg pain and heaviness. Almost impossible to do much until later in the day. Not much if any help most of the time.

I'm OK after I'm up for about an hour and a half and the Tylenol kicks in. I have to do anything requiring any energy before noon.

Try Rheumate for chronic fatigue. And as far as heavy ness that comes with the disease you will feel this way but u can stretch and core strengthening with occupational therapy

Sounds like fibromyalgia. I have it and some days it is like weights holding me down. There is medicine, cymbalta is the only one I tried and it made me sick. I do the marijuana gummies to, just make sure you get the ones for energy, though I like the relaxing ones too.
🙏🤗
PS, from what I understand in this group is see a rheumatologist.

For Darlene9 if you don't want to smoke try gummies, cookies, there is also tinctures that you put under the tongue this worked very well for my mother while she was dying from cancer last year.there is also teas and pop type drinks, dont know about the states but in Canada we can deduct the cost of these meds from our taxes,so it provides double relief,

I have used both. Flower, vape, and edibles. For me edibles can be strong but feels better on the body. I'm not a huge fan of smoking weed in the day. I like to be clear headed as I'm always in a fog most of the time. Everyone is different. It's def worth trying different things and seeing what works for you.
