Doc Said I Need The Back Surgery Which Includes Hardware
Hardware is screws and rods to separate the lower lumbar vertebrae and put in a new disc......question....is that the only solution? I’ve done therapy,injections and the ablation won’t work..seems extreme to me..

Tom...Thanks for feedback,,,Interesting thing happened,,,,my family doc started me on thyroid medicine,,said mine was to low,,,all the symptoms of low I had,,,,was not aware of that...she adjusted dose twice ..research said could take a month or so to kick in....In a month or so ,all symptoms reduced..lots energy etc. and.....my back doesn’t hurt as much,,can function about normally..I think it really helped..hope it lasts...still lead a vigorous life...glad I held up on surgery for now..
