Has Anyone Tried Tens Unit For Pain?

Years ago I was given a tens unit. It didn't help much. A couple of years ago I bought a NeuroMD. It helps lower back pain a lot!

Yes use it in short small increments and don't overpower the number or you will cause worse muscle spasms. If used properly they do help.

The tends unit works well if you want to cause yourself more pain to get some type of relief from your other pain 🤑
