I found that an air filled mattress worked best. (Sleep number)

I went to a mattress store and layed on a few, and found a firm mattress works best for me. However, it did take about 3 nights of twisting and turning for me to come to that conclusion. Good luck finding what helps you and your symptoms.

I got a 4" mattress topper for mine. One side is 2" foam the other is 2"memory foam so I can turn it to what feels best to me
