Did anyone else have pain in their tail bone making it hard to sit? It's especially bad in the car or a waiting room in a doctor's office. Any ideas on how to manage this, especially car rides.

Members responded with empathy and practical tips for managing tailbone pain that makes sitting difficult, especially in cars and waiting rooms. Several members suggested using cushions or donut-shaped pillows to relieve pressure, and one shared that their tailbone pain was resolved after a lumbar fusion surgery. A recurring theme was the emotional weight of living with this kind of pain, with members also describing hip pain and offering each other encouragement ahead of upcoming doctor visits.

@A MySpondylitisTeam Member, I would think a pillow, like Rabbit said. I had terrible tailbone issues, but when I had my lumbar fusion, the Dr. fixed my tailbone.
I hope you can get a pillow and have relief. Did you talk to your Dr. about it?
Blessings to you
