How Does Knowing That Others Are Suffering Like I Am, Helpful? As An Empath, The More Pain Of Which I Am Aware, The More Sad I Feel.

I am a empath since a child. Feeling other people, their thoughts and feelings takes me out of but now mostly bedridden. I also have systemic scleroderma, Raynaulds, Sjoerns. It has destroyed all my organs to a degree, no muscle, scarred over my organs, the pain of spondylitis is horrible.
