I’m recently diagnosed and just completed packing and moving our home. I’m in such pain now. It seems recently any physical activity will make my bones feel like they’re on fire, and sand between my joints... I love to garden but the next day I’m in a world of pain 😢
What do you all do to keep living a near-normal life? I love tea, is there a helpful kind for this? Are there herbal supplements to try? I’d rather put off the biologics as long as possible, sounds like they can cause another host… read more

Have you considered a raised bed? It wouldn’t be as large and you wouldn’t have to end over. I plant a few things in a half whiskey barrel like peppers and spinach or lettuce. Just a thought.

Sorry for your pain I had to give up my gardening which has always been a stress relief for me! My entire life has changed! Just don’t give up I just keep trying something different! Surely I’ll find the right biological drug that will work for me
