How does brain fog happen with this?

IDK. That is an excellent question that I have been trying to figure out! I have a couple thoughts, but nothing scientific. One is that any time we get sick (a non AS person) well, everyone kinda shuts down physically and mentally kinds turns inward or slowed-foggy-down. It is the way our body makes us stop long enough to recoup. Now take an overactive immune system, and well your body just doesn’t wake up physically, or mentally. Grimmest of thoughts. (at least I had one coherent thought today anyway). I mentioned a couple thoughts on the subject, well…..😑. I forgot the other thought.
