Trying to avoid more meds, by eating BP lowering foods, 85% of what I eat is from a list of foods

Kiwi, Bananas, Garlic, dark chocolate, blueberries, spinach, broccoli, dried apricots, pumpkin seeds, peas, Brussel sprouts, cauliflower, potato, fish, tomato, avocado, nuts, yogurt, celery, grapefruit
added 3.17.21 Quinoa, white beans, nectarines, peaches, kale, red bell peppers, oatmeal, soy beans, sunflower seeds, Guava fruit.
I am sure there are more, I googled "food that lower Blood Pressure" there were a lot of sites. Good luck, sorry I took so long

@A MySpondylitisTeam Member, Hello Lesley, I searched the internet for 'foods that lower blood pressure' found many different sites, ended up making a list on a Microsoft Word Document.
Most foods are on the Mediterranean Diet my Doctor has me follow.
You can also search the diet on internet. Not really a diet for me, I eat all the foods on it. Always been a healthy eater.

Fruits & nuts help a lot. I eat a cup of blueberries every day, usually over some French Vanilla yogurt. That's really nutritious too. Peace
