I used to get Iritis at least once a year. That's when your pupil locks into whatever position it's in when it is attacked. The first time I had it it attacked me in my sleep, so the pupil stayed large all day long. Then on Sunday it really started hurting. I looked in the mirror & noticed how bloodshot my right eye was. Then I noticed how big the pupil was compared to the other eye. I managed to get in touch with the Doc. He told me to keep my eye closed & covered & meet him in the office at 6AM. He said normally he has drops he could apply & it would free up the pupil. But I waited too long for drops. I needed something more radical or I would be blind by the end of the day. He said I need a more powerful drug that had to be injected directly in my pupil. I said OK. After the injection he told me to go out to the waiting room & wait for him to come back. After about 2 hours the headache started to subside. I was ecstatic. It must be working. He came out in about another hour & asked me how I felt. I said headaches gone. He said that's a good thing & come with him. He took a look at the eye & said I was very lucky. Now that you know how it feels & looks start these drops immediately. Now that I have started the Remicade infusions, I have not had any episodes with my eyes & that's been almost 10 years. Might ask your Doc about it. Hope the best for you. Stay strong.

I found out that I have cataract had surgery to fix and they put lenses in to help my eye sight, they also fixed my detached retina during surgery in left eye which he repaired then. A couple months later I fell, and detached the right retina 👁 my eyes have always been dry do I have to do eye drops occasionally no more than 3 times a day other wise the drops will dry out your eyes more. For the itchy eyes try a allergy pill. It helps. Doing better now.

My eyes are affected when Inflammation is bad. I get blurry vision.i suffer from Ankle lossing spondylitis. Hope u feel better soon
