Yes, it did help. It didn't feel like it for a couple of months though. Now, I'm scheduled for my 2nd fusion, it will be the SI joint & will be a different material.

So sorry about your pain. It is a tough thing to endure and definitely affects your mental health. I've been struggling myself lately and it has been hard. I try to ignore it and keep moving but I know that it isn't always that easy. I've been doing some gentle stretching and it helps some. I pray that you get some relief soon.
