The cold and damp weather definitely doesn’t help with anyone with spondylitis and Arthiritis. Some of you might not agree but my son who is a rehabilitation teacher for the NHS.He has lots of patients with spondylitis.Gentle excercise is not a cure but does help.I live in England where the weather is cold and damp. And I do gentle exercises to help my Spondylitis.Hope this helps.

@A MySpondylitisTeam Member hey buddy. I believe it, I have been there, doing nothing really makes the pain worse, I have been working hard but not doing my walking the past 3 weeks and I just hurt like hell. Its tough to get started again after stopping but uts sure worth it to feel better snd be mobile. If your able to walk. For sure do it, because it really helps ease the pain. Giving up only makes it hurt worse, so thats no good. I have been on opioids and all the meds that dont work. The only thing thst works for me is Advil gels, muscle relaxers, and walking, when its bad i have a glass of whiskey to sleep, and im about to use pot to ease daytime pain too, im not going back to work and im going to enjoy life, No matter what it takes. All the best to ya buddy, dont let it beat ya.

No, the weather has no does not affect my athropathy spondolythesis kyphosis rotar scoliosis nor my degerative disc disease of my C-spine.

I know personally the ASEA product you drink each day relieves pain.
Myself and close have been using this product and within 3 days pain was relieved.
I also take Tumeric with Boswellia capsule twice a day with food, and it has really helped my shoulder, knees, and thumb pain.
You must take the Tumeric with food and swallow with orange juice.
