I have had three neck discs replaced
But still.have pain and knotted up trigger points.
What is the procedure of "burning the nerve ends."
Do.you see a neurologist for that?
I know I continue to have these problems, because a nerve is still.pinched sonewhere.
Would this burning nerve end help?
Craig is right, doctors never tell you about the failures cos it makes them look bad, they tell you about the successes they have had instead. When money is involved that's usually their first priority and to have you keep coming back for years is great for them, guaranteed income. Just be aware that doctors won't give you the full picture, ask others who have been through it and if they are glad they did it or sorry. X
Look into this carefully, the nerves grow back and you end up with more pain than before. I get a lot of trapped and pinched nerves and this sounds like what you are describing. Pain, numbness, pins and needles, electric shock like feeling you can get all this with trapped and pinched nerves. I've had a pain in one leg, walked /limped a few steps and it's gone but then starts in the other leg. Can last seconds or days you just never know what you're gonna get. X
Unfortunately I have heard this a lot and that's why I always tell people to look into it before having any procedure done, there are always people who have had it done already and you can ask them if they are glad or sorry they had it done. Never just listen to the doctors they will only tell you about the successes and not mention the failures.
I've three levels of disks fused in my neck and I also experience terrible pain afterward. My surgery was in 2009, and my neck still hurts. I had the facets burned in my neck and it made the situation worse. I was in terrible pain for months afterward.
