They don't itch or hurt and disappear after a while but then appear again somewhere else. I have looked on Google but nothing seems to match. Some of them are quite large and others not quite as big as a frozen garden pea. I am worried in case it's a sign of something wrong with me, more than that I have already. Any ideas welcome?
I have cherry angiomas, they don't go away. Generally considered benign. AS, EDS, Asthma.
My only suggestions is to make an appointment with a dermatologist. They will be able to tell you what it is and what you need to do for it, IF you need to do anything at all. I have a few red spots but mine is only getting older. Hope you find out and all is well.

@A MySpondylitisTeam Member --- Hi - A rash with AS is one thing I have never had, but I have worked in a Dermatology Center for a bit. You may want to ask for a referral to a rheumatologist or dermatologist if you haven't seen one already - it may be some manifestation of psoriasis associated with inflammatory arthritis. It may also be, as suggested before, due to a new medication or supplement (?). Have you had labs done recently?
Look at the image below - is it like this? I found it on a medical journal website. Please talk to your physician asap. Best of luck - be well. B
