Hip replacement due osteoarthritis still pops out still exercise keep moving

Hi Hannah, my hips and knees, and an ankle pop, too. My specialist said it’s bone-on-bone. I rub on Tiger Balm and a knee brace helps too.

Hi Hannah, I have bone on bone on my hip and after seeing 3 doctors they all said the same thing, to get any relief I had to have a total hip replacement. So that is scheduled the end of March. They tell me it will also help with the pain in my leg and in my back so I am hoping that they are right. I will be so disappointed if I go through this and don't see remarkable improvement. Hope you can find some relief . Sending you hugs and prayers!

I too have these same things now. Cortisone injection may help
