Does anyone know if social security disability excepts degenerate disc disease and spondylitis , diverticulosis as a illness for qualifications to get disability social security? I have been turned down and don't know what to do. I'm afraid to get a job for fear I won't be able to do the job due to illness's . Help !

A lot is based on what your doctors say when they fill out their report for your medical condition. Talk to your doctor and let them know you want to apply, make sure they are on your side. If you have just one doctor, see some specialists. Fear is mental health, see one , get a team that will back you. SS has many doctors to avauate you but their job is to turn your doctors recommendations around. This is sort of like reviewing a football play , unless there is clear evidence that your doctors call is wrong the call stands. If you have multiple doctors saying basically the same thing then the claim will stand. Also having multiple issues helps . Your back is one, fear is depression that's two, if you can't sleep that's insomnia, that's 3 ......make sure everything is listed

Sweetie. I don't know why disability does the way they do. I got MINE right out of THE gate I sign up and a month to the date. I got MY approval. But I had a wonderful4 doctor. She called them every day. Faxed everything to them she would not let up on them. Thats what you need. But the o only thing I had been sick a year but I didn't qualify for 1 year of back pay. But you miss something you never had in the first place.πŸ’—πŸ™πŸ’—

Get a lawyer who specializes in disable cases. I used one got my disability in ,3 months they do take a 1/3 of your disability check.
When you win. I look at this they worked hard for me I thought their fee was very reasonable.
