DonnaMazarac,
I use a buck wheat pillow and ordered on line. I got the travel size and it is good. I did empty out the inside half way. If too big my neck hurt and my head too. Good luck and hope you have a good day.
A pillow that doesn’t put your chin pushed forward towards chest. This will cause long lasting pain . Some say no pillow. What is comfortable, so you can sleep.
Hi JudyWheller and DawnStone,
I use buckwheat pillow sleep on it sideways with it tucked in neck and on face. To me it is comfy. I can empty it out in a box and then wash the cover. It is organic too and I do beleive in organic as I feel the toxic things make more pain. Sending you hugs and wishing you good days.
I use soft toys as well as pillows of different sizes the teddy's and other soft toys are great for under the back and to put under my arm when my shoulders ache.
I got a cylinder shape pillow from my pillow years ago as a bonus to regular My Pillow. Since my husband (and I) are snorers and I sleep on my back, I have worked my way into wearing Beats headphones to drown him out. I mash the middle a bit and pull sides up, hear nothing but the music from local jazz station. Halfway thru night I simply turn on my side (well, not so simply because I must always have a pillow between post-polio legs) and snore on--equally comfy. Fully washable and dries like new. Buckwheat doesn't wash as far as I know-- tho I have one, I only sit upon it.
Hope you soon find a pillow to (( hug )). Shopping mania this past weekend but saw at either Macy's or Sears in mall, but available online.
