Members shared varied experiences with CBD oil for pain relief, with most reporting noticeable effects within 30 minutes to an hour and relief lasting anywhere from 4 to 6 hours depending on the product and dosage. Several members emphasized the importance of finding the right milligram dosage for individual needs, with some preferring edibles or topical creams, while others noted that shop-bought products may contain lower concentrations of active ingredients than expected. A recurring theme was the cost barrier many face in accessing CBD products regularly, balanced by genuine hope that consistent use could significantly improve quality of life and reduce stress.

Might take your cell phone into the bathroom. Keep it close enough where it will not get wet to call for help.
Other than that, to one gallon of hot water add 2 C. of epsom salts and wet a heavy towel and use on your joints. Microwave it to keep hot. No more than 102°f or hot to touch. Place on joint and cover with dry towel to hold in heat. I use water proof heating pad on low only, and never under the joint. Be careful! If you have thin skin from age 100°f never hotter.

I dropped 2 drops under my tongue daily until I ran out. I live in Ohio and my state is just getting started in the Medcal Marijuana. I have not applied to be able to get approved. We have been able to buy the CBD oil in our Herb and Health food shops but it is expensive and I can't afford it monthly. I heard that our new dispensaries are wanting control of that too. I can say, if nothing else, the CBD oil totally lowed my stress level. Didn't realize that until I ran out, then I knew that it helpedmore than I thought.

I tried the CBD cream for my son, he has really bad lower back pain, this is the only thing that seems to help. His skin is really sensitive, I've tried the Salonpas stick on pads for his pain, he is allergic to something in those, his back was all welts, he said it burned, now, if i could get a nice, big container for a really low price! That would be awesome!! 😂 well, I wish everyone a wonderful, painfree day!!

I saw a TV programme that tested these products and they found that the amount of active ingredient in the shop bought stuff is so low it is not much use, you would have to take loads to get any real effect and the law governs how much they can put in. I was thinking of trying it but don't think I'll bother now.
