Does Anyone Else Get What I Call "Stretchy Legs And Arms?"
A MySpondylitisTeam Member asked a question 💭

It begins as I'm settling to sleep and causes me so much distress. The only way of relieving it is to either stretch out or curl up in a ball, I'm in tears with it sometimes. Last night was different in that my legs felt on fire too!

Yes @A MySpondylitisTeam Member that's exactly how I feel! I'm going to mention it when I go to the doctors in a fortnight (good job I'm not in agony then eh? That's dripping with sarcasm by the way!) Touch wood it only happens every now and again, but it's awful.

I get this sometimes also. I think it is due to some type of a deficiency
