Help: Has Anyone Had Their Legs Give Out At The Groin Area?
A MySpondylitisTeam Member asked a question πŸ’

Before back surgery and now my legs have a tendency of giving out when I walk and sometimes when I am standing. It gives out at the groin area which causes a sharp shooting pain. If you have or have had this problem please let me know what was and or is being done to alleviate it.

Thank you so much.

I get that groin pain and moan and groin if I’m alone. It is off the charts, but acupuncture helps the level of pain. You can buy the acupuncture cups to wear at home. They are suction cups that help circulation to lesson pain. You lie down in bed, put them on, and watch TV for 30-45 minutes and get up feeling better.

Hi, I have sharp pain just below groin area in the outer side of my thigh. I am told by chiro that its my feet not supporting me to walk level and so my back bcomes off centre. This in turn affects the nerves that run down from back down the leg. Sometimes it triggers the femeral nerve and that's ridiculously painful, you knoa the type that stops you in your track and makes you feel sick!. I am now trying to work on balance and correct position when walking, but like I said to the chiro (Mr Crack 'n' back) some days just getting up is a battle. Take care love its a hzrd world some days πŸ˜”πŸ‘Š

Yes, I mentioned above. Both my legs just gave out. Didn't work. They weren't sleeping. No pain as I recall but I couldn't walk. Fell to the floor. It was very scary.
