I'm thinking of trying gluten free diet, any tips on best foods for inflammation

I have been careful about avoiding gluten for a few months now. I also have fibromyalgia with IBS. I have had reduced IBS symptoms drastically but my pain is the same. My energy is much better, fatigue much reduced. Also avoid sugar helps too.
