I bought a book on internet food not to eat that helps to releive inflammation I'm so fed up with painkillers but need them but as I said before I feel better coming off gababenton hope this helps

I have been careful about avoiding gluten for a few months now. I also have fibromyalgia with IBS. I have had reduced IBS symptoms drastically but my pain is the same. My energy is much better, fatigue much reduced. Also avoid sugar helps too.

Well for me a glueten free lifestyle has helped.not a cure but has helped.

Hi i just felt tired all the time wasn't helping with pain at all I was on morpyhn as well stop taking that cut out white bread don't eat alot of sugary things IV go for massages have my feet dipped in wax once every four to five weeks tumeric spices also help IV found taken tablets didn't help me so went down alternative route I am me still in pain not able to do alot but hey im smiling hope this helps ?I was told that gababentin was suppose to tell the brain to ease pain well t didn't I also have polymelger x

What symptoms did you have taking the gabapentin that made you feel bad? Just asking because I take it also and I have fibromyalgia so don’t know what is what anymore. Thanks for answering if your ok with answering question.
