Female Issues/Pudendal Neuralgia?

A MySpondylitisTeam Member asked a question 💭
West Palm Beach, FL

Anyone have intermittent genital nerve pain/tingling? My pelvic PT says it may be pudendal neuralgia from spinal muscle spasms pressing on a nerve. She also said the pelvic area tightens when the SI joints need help. But my rheumatologist says the genital tingiling is from fibromyalgia.

I also have fibromyalgia and have this! I wouldnt say mine is painful, but uncomfortable...like being very close to climax then not actually climaxing and it just lingers.

I have to wear one a days, step up from pantiliners. My tingling started in about 2012. Now it feels like im going to herniate my groin when i move sometimes.

I have pgad persistent genital arousal disorder, from vaginal mesh mesh Harden pull together tighten the muscles in pelvic, cause tilted pelvis, everyone should pay attention to their pelvis it's the core and it will change the whole structure of your body if you don't watch it, I'm just now finding out and could have prevented it with therapy, now I've got all kinds of problems

Wow, good I’m not alone! The pelvic physical therapy actually helped me a ton with bladder issues, almost immediately. It’s the tingling and pain that won’t go away. I highly recommend trying the therapy to help with bladder issues if you are able and haven’t yet.
