Yes I'm dealing with thinning hair. I don't know what to do about it.

Yes I have, however I don't think it is due to the diagnosis, but the treatment. Many medications cause hair thinning.

My hair has thinned out considerably.i can run my fingers through my hair and some always comes out.i keep it short now.

Yes, and directly following the Covid booster shot a few months back it was rather immediate and drastic, but thankfully at least its starting to grow back but slowly.
