Members connected over the frustrating experience of restless leg syndrome, with many describing sleepless nights, legs that refuse to stay still, and the unbearable sensation of even a light quilt feeling too heavy. Several members found relief through prescription medications like Pramipexole, Ropinirole, and Mirapex, with some noting it took about a month to see results, while others shared that magnesium supplements helped manage symptoms naturally. A recurring theme was the layered challenge of managing restless legs alongside chronic pain from conditions like spondylitis and the importance of not missing medication doses to avoid painful flare-ups.

Hi, I suffer with restless leg syndrome, my doctor gave me Pramipexole 0.088mg, these are given to patients with Parkinson’s. I take 2 every night, it does help a lot. Before I took these, my legs would start about 4 in the afternoon, now it’s nearer 10 at night, if I haven’t taken them. Hope this helps.

I get restless legs often if I don't take magnesium. It works for me. My vitamin levels are usually wonkie.
