Members agreed that compassion and the willingness to truly listen are the most important qualities in a doctor, with many describing frustration over rushed appointments, dismissive attitudes toward pain, and physicians who repeatedly suggest treatments that have already failed. Several members shared practical strategies for managing chronic pain when doctors are unresponsive, including high-quality CBD gummies (1000mg twice daily), cannabis oil with THC, switching to pain specialists, and learning to make homemade edibles to control dosing. A recurring theme was the exhausting reality of doctor shopping to find providers who understand complex conditions like rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis, balanced by gratitude for the rare physicians who stick with patients long-term and prioritize quality of life over unnecessary surgeries.

CBD with THC is only CBD oil that helped. I hate pot but the CBD with THC oil in it didn't get me high. Took away pain.

I call it doctor shopping and within the first visit you will know if they are compassionate or not, you can see the feelings in one who has it Ihope you have good luck with it ask lots of questions if they answer without telling you that you don't know what you talking about simply never go back

I was hopeful of finding some actual physician referrals here from you all that have had more than your fair share of difficulties in finding a physician that listens and acts appropriately.I personally find that most physicians don't really have sufficient knowledge of out disease, don't admit it, don't listen, are positive they've given you more than enough time to discuss the issues (8: minutes), assume you really don't need pain relief - that you're just whining!! So, if anyone has a good experience with a physician who treated Ankylosingv Spondylosis (itis) in Las Vegas NV I would appreciate a heads up. Ty very much!!!😃

I haven’t taken Embrel. I take Humera. It helps somewhat. With arthritis pain comes issues. I took Celebrex until my CAD gave me problems. People are recommending CBD or medical marijuana. If your state allows it, contact a pain specialist. It is somewhat costly and some insurance companies don’t allow any coverage.
