I'm used to the neck, back and skeletal pain. Even the chest pain which is actually inflammation of the joints where ribs meet sternum. My pain tolerance has increased but weakness and fatigue can't seem to overcome. Be still and know I am God carries me through these times. I'm 61 and still active so having to stop or rest isn't in my nature!

Ankylosing spondylitis. Hla-b27 positive. Multiple fusions in neck and lower back.

I am on humira, max dose of methotrexate. Cannot cut down on steroid drops for uveitis. I tried to taper as there were no indications in my eye on Thursday. By Tuesday this week, 6 days I am in a full flare!! Now I am tapering down off oral steroid burst. Not sure what else is left. Cannot take sulfasalazine.

I am struggling, my pain is moving around my body … I took a fall in Nov shortly after knee injections… had my knee drained and mri - told wear sleeve … 3 ER trips later … drained my knee again , wicked bladder infection, pain on left side - no answers from Ct - saw my PCP - 2x - she gave a steroid pack , took about half them FU on bladder - complaining about my pain in neck / left side - waiting on a mri ( denied in August - did a round of pt) she gave me 10days of pain meds - ( which I have… read more
