Does anyone use a back brace for their posture and pain?
I have been having such bad neck, upper back and shoulders.
I bought a cervical traction device that does seem to help. Although you have to use it on the floor which is not ideal when you’re already stiff.
I usually lay on the floor and tell my husband I’m just gonna stay right there. 🤣🤣🤣

I have minor pain in my knee in the past. I did PT and all the shots and rooster comb etc. The thing that helped me the most was laser treatment. However, it is $75 per treatment. I haven't needed it for a couple of years. However, I was fine walking around this morning. I was on my computer for a bit. When I started to get up to walk, my knee was so painfully sore, I had to use a cane to slowly walk around.

My rheumatologist is t concerned as the drug is working. My liver levels are very high too. Has anyone else had these side affects as I am thinking of stopping the meds. Because of the side affects. The drug is helping my ankylosing spondylitis which is great but I can’t loose my hair. I work with the public and it’s bad enough with the eczema all over my face. Any advice will be appreciated. Thank you🥰

The Fritos have too much grease in them. Easy to get belly ache from those. Not much more than potato chips but they seem to not digest like other chips. 🤷🏼♀️

I agree atmospheric pressure makes mine worse
When we recently had a Hurricane pass by and the pressure got down to the 900's I got so much worse.
Before your spine fused completely with AS where it gives the bamboo appearance on an X-ray did you have bone spurs in just one side causing impingements and scoliosis to where it looked like regular osteoarthritis with regular bone spurs?

Hello I joined this site not quite knowing what condition I have. After numerous X-rays MRI etc the best answer I get is Degenerative disc and a mild curvature of the spine mostly in the thoracic and lumbar area
I experience what I can best describe as intense back muscle tightness middle thoracic that radiates down in lumbar. I have had and still have terrible posture which has caused most of my issues
