Any Tips For Toenail Care? Details Below Including Fused Back, Scoliosis, And Extremely Arthritic Deformed Feet.
My upper back is fused and my lower back has double S curve plus fusing. My feet are both badly disfigured with arthritis. One was so bad, they had to amputate a toe. I have to cut slits in my one pair of shoes. All of this impacts my ability to take care of my nails. It is extremely painful to work on them. Plus, I don't get out so having them done wouldn't work

Guess this is very individualized. But wanted to share this link as they make videos of actual surgeries on cadavers and can watch on YouTube. Strapped Budget Diet/eating Habits?
I am STRAPPED big time currently $$ wise. We are also rolling into winter so very limited on fresh fruits & veggies... I LOVE Salmon but it is just EXPENSIVE. I really struggle with GI flares... I tend to ignore the pain and keep going so my body uses GI FLARES to MAKE me stop... I just can't always stop as I still try to transition after a diagnosis so recent but after decades of having AS symptoms. Tingling And Numbness In Arm - Anyone Else?
I started having some numbness and tingling in my right shoulder, down the arm and into the hand. This is 2nd time in a week it has happened. I can still move it, still feel like normal, no pain, no other symptoms (other than panic/anxiety thinking it might be a stroke) I mentioned it to my rheumatologist when i saw her last week and she said its probably a nerve as the other time happened when i was driving for a couple of hours..
Has something like this happened to anyone else?
Yes , my neck surgery helped a lot . I donāt get the numbness as bad when I drive long distance .

Does anyone else have spinal stenosis and resulting leg numbness/pain/weakness when walking? Iāve had stenosis affecting my walking to some degree since I was 26. I keep hearing Iām ātoo young,ā so Iām just curious if others on here experience it as well.
My grandma had a lot of issues with stenosis. Water aerobics and walking, instead of walking on pavement or hard surfaces, helps

Who Has Temporal Arteritis Along With Spondylitis?
As if Spondylitis isnt frustrating or painful enough. š I went to my Opthalmologist today for eye pain that causes piercing headache with shooting nerve like sensation thinking it's just a bad uveitis flare from my recent trip and quitting all anti inflammatory meds in preparation for this week's stem cell transplant.
