Guess this is very individualized. But wanted to share this link as they make videos of actual surgeries on cadavers and can watch on YouTube. Just keep reading conflicting information…I know at the end of the day is specific to the individual, but what works for most?

I'm new on here and I haven't seen anything about balance problems. Is this just me or does anyone else have these problems. I just can't always walk a straight line. When I walk down the hallway in my house I sometimes almost bounce from wall to the opposite wall.

Has anyone tried Lidocaine shots into the trigger points in muscles in the back? I had my first round and felt much better but it only lasted about 3 weeks.

I gained a lot and struggled so presently ordering 4 quarts of Chinese mostly veggie based stir fry per week and dividing it into 1 cup portions and freezing it in zip lock bags. I eat it 2x a day with 1/4 C. Steamed white rice. I add in prepared small amount of lean meat, an egg, or seafood because after dividing it into portions there isn’t enough meat left in it. I started having some numbness and tingling in my right shoulder, down the arm and into the hand. This is 2nd time in a week it has happened. I can still move it, still feel like normal, no pain, no other symptoms (other than panic/anxiety thinking it might be a stroke) I mentioned it to my rheumatologist when i saw her last week and she said its probably a nerve as the other time happened when i was driving for a couple of hours..

Has something like this happened to anyone else?

I have Active nr-axSpA and I started to have pain in my both ankle ( swelling, redness)
I take sulphasalazine 2000 mg daily !
Can diet and herbs help my Active nr-axSpA symptoms to be not active?

Does anyone else have spinal stenosis and resulting leg numbness/pain/weakness when walking? I’ve had stenosis affecting my walking to some degree since I was 26. I keep hearing I’m “too young,” so I’m just curious if others on here experience it as well.
