I am looking for alternative treatments for my AS. Will be on pure Medicare this next year and I’m very doubtful that I will be able to afford my humira. If you are using or have tried using either the full product or the cbd (without thc) I would love the feed back. Also if you know a source for good cbd, product descriptions are sketchy online. ( I can buy from 9 to 120 and they all read the same) thank you!

Hardware is screws and rods to separate the lower lumbar vertebrae and put in a new disc......question....is that the only solution? I’ve done therapy,injections and the ablation won’t work..seems extreme to me..

Do any of you have success stories of improving severe fatigue in AS using Vitamins or other Supplements?
I have both AS and Fibromyalgia. I get so tired that it makes me cry. I can't do anything without my fatigue getting out of hand.
I even fell asleep ar a set of traffic lights today. Luckily my Husband was with me and woke me up.

I love swimming but is it safe to do when I suffer with spondylitis,osteoarthritis and bulging discs in spine I don’t want to make my conditions worse,any advice please.
