Anyone Tried The New Tylenol/Aleve? I Normally Can't Take Nsaids Because Of Tummy Upset.
I wish lidocaine worked on me. My go-to is nontransdermal 1:1 CBD:THC cream. Non-transdermal means it does not get into bloodstream to cause a high, just works on muscle/joint tissues for pain relief.

If it's lasted more than 2-3 weeks, see a doc. Physical therapy or other imaging may be needed to rule out injury
