When I breathe in deeply my spine cracks, should I be concerned about that? I'm using heat and ice as well as small pieces of oxy and Advil.

I’d like to ask if anyone has ever seen a chiropractor for pain associated with AS? I’ve been to one 3 times now. My cervical spine is so stiff & has worsen over the last year & a half. I don’t have the natural curve in my neck, so my neurosurgeon suggested having massages, which has lead to adjustments at my chiropractor. Before I go further with him, should I be allowing him to pop or adjust my neck?? Any feedback is greatly appreciated!
