Members discussed what helps with neck stiffness from ankylosing spondylitis, with several sharing positive experiences using the ReliveX deep pulse stimulator on both the neck and lower back. Many noted that traditional options like physical therapy, massage, and exercises had not provided relief, but the ReliveX unit helped loosen tightness and improve range of motion. Members also mentioned using magnesium and melatonin for better sleep, and shared that the device costs around $109 and is available online.

@A MySpondylitisTeam Member; I ordered the same thing. It works for me. I tried it on my back and my neck. It helps. It did loosen the tightness in my neck that massage and exercises couldn’t do. So I am very happy with my unit!-Drew

@Corrine2; If you have been in the ReliveX website that showed you what you posted, its the same wensite but what I am using is shown on the upper left hand corner of the picture I have attached. Then you get the electrode patches separately. As well they have something I was going to try. I thought I could run two sets of electrode patches with the one remote the first set comes with. If that doesn’t work I will try the item
below the unit I mentioned above.
Hope you get it and that it works gor you as it had done for me!!- Drew

@A MySpondylitisTeam Member: The one I recommend has a case that holds two stim
points and the remote to turn them on. the case charges them. The stim points attach to electrode patch. When you start the unit up with remote, you can select an intensity and it will go for about 15 minutes.
You can then remove the electrode and put on another part of your body and repeat. If you like the results, you can use a second set of electrodes at the same time with the same remote.
I will send you a pic of mine or you may be able to find it on the website like you did this one! Good luck!
