@Corrine2 I increased my D3 + K2 and it does give me more energy. Usually when I'm flaring up, that's when I'm really fatigued. I also eliminated gluten and reduced sugar. Every bit helps to keep inflammation down and help with the pain. Rest when you can. Be kind to yourself instead of pushing through all the time. It's very frustrating to feel tired all the time. It's something we have to find ways to adapt to our situation. I've also gotten used to the Either/Or when it comes to planning my day. Don't overdo it. Choose what the priority is and be happy with what you were able to do. We can't be all things to everyone. I hope this helps Corrine.

Hi Darlene, it's nice to hear from you. As I've different conditions, I'm dealing with a lot right now. It's strange because I felt I was feeling better lately but I've been extremely tired these last few days. I'm like you, I'm trying to cut some of my medications. I wanted to ask you if you feel the same as we often have different symptoms. I've AS in my SI joints and what bothers me the most is my lower back pain and stiffness. The stiffness makes it very difficult to keep a good posture. I'm very aware of keeping a good posture as I do gentle pilates. Could you find a way for this specific issue? Have a lovely day!
