Agreed to all you two, two of my most inspirational team members whom i cherish. To everyone else who may read, think of yourself as you think of your dearest friend. What would you say to them in any given circumstance? Why not say those same words to ourselves, our best friends from beginning to end.

@A MySpondylitisTeam Member. Hi Jiprek! I wish i would have thought to film it for you, yesterday i was out in my yard cutting down a tree. Not the giant you took on alone last year, but nonetheless physically demanding. Then i went to the neighborhood pool to swim a kilometer of laps, then a functional movement exercise session for an hour at the end of the day. I bet i could keep up with you now my friend😄. Yours in better health P 😌🙏

Hi @A MySpondylitisTeam Member. I respect your opinions. I am an older person and I am getting to know our miraculous body more and more. God created our bodies as an autonomous organism. That's why I listen to my body. I do not harm him with food or thought! My body repaid me. My body denies the current medical practice of healing. My body healed me. It uses glands and hormones that are controlled by the mind and emotions. This is no EZO! --------------- Ahoj Lola2. To není žádné EZO!

Here are key pieces of advice for managing spondylitis:

Talk to your doctor about bone health and consider getting a DEXA scan to evaluate bone density. If needed, your doctor can recommend appropriate medications to help prevent bone loss.

Make lifestyle modifications gradually - even small changes can make a difference. Working with healthcare professionals like dietitians or counselors can help you develop sustainable healthy habits. Be cautious about well-meaning but potentially unhelpful advice from others. Many people with spondylitis report receiving suggestions like "just take a walk" or "try to get out more" from friends and family. Remember that your experience is unique, and what works for one person may not work for another. Focus on working with your healthcare team to develop a personalized management plan.
