I'm in serious need of a PCP in or close to Rome Ga that is at least able to pick up my not only severe AS Healthcare , but a very active case as well . ASAP !!! My current one can't handle it

I have several professional resources available . However , I'm just starting this whole " SEVERE " journey . I honestly expected to have 5-7 years to go before I was in my current condition. However , the attack caused so much damage that IT combined with the pre-existing conditions prior to attack have excellerated everything and every need to RIGHT NOW . I've been to the American Association site but I don't know anything about them . I just know I'm in desperate need of several things they might be able to help with. My condition isn't good and in my opinion , my prognosis isn't good based on the MRI reports and my history .
