I have been taking boswellia with curcumin with glucosamine and msm for 19 years. Does it help? I don't know. Maybe i would be much worse if I didn't do all that i do. As long as there are no adverse affects from what i take and do i keep taking and doing. When side affects become more troublesome than what im treating i quit and change course. Keep a detailed log to help you decide what works for you, and keep copies printed out of all your labwork to see for yourself how your body adjusts to what you put in and take out. Dont rely on drs to do that for you. They dont have time. I found the PainScale app very helpful. It gives a place to input and track all your treatments and diet in addition to medical intervention and pain fluctuations. Kind regards ๐Ÿ˜Œ๐Ÿ™
