Has Anyone Had Severe Mood Changes Or Sensitivity With Methotrexate?

Depression is well controlled with anti-depressants and mood stabilizers until I started meds.

I stopped Methotrexate in January due to the impact on kidney’s and liver function.
I really felt myself again once I stopped. I was very tearful for 24-48 hours after the injection and it definitely had an impact on my mental health/energy levels.
Patients react differently to medications, but methotrexate definitely did not suit me!
