I stopped Methotrexate in January due to the impact on kidney’s and liver function.
I really felt myself again once I stopped. I was very tearful for 24-48 hours after the injection and it definitely had an impact on my mental health/energy levels.
Patients react differently to medications, but methotrexate definitely did not suit me!

From my experience, I would definitely keep an eye on your bloods and check in with your GP/PCP.
