Has Anyone Had Severe Mood Changes Or Sensitivity With Methotrexate?
Depression is well controlled with anti-depressants and mood stabilizers until I started meds.
Thank you for letting me know. I do need to get my bloodwork done before my next appt, sounds like I should do it sooner rather than later. Glad you’re feeling better!

I stopped Methotrexate in January due to the impact on kidney’s and liver function.
I really felt myself again once I stopped. I was very tearful for 24-48 hours after the injection and it definitely had an impact on my mental health/energy levels.
Patients react differently to medications, but methotrexate definitely did not suit me!
Sending hugs and support

From my experience, I would definitely keep an eye on your bloods and check in with your GP/PCP.
All the best of luck and feel free to reach me with anything
