I have used physical therapy exercises and stretches successfully for 12 years to manage my lumbar/SI region. As long as I'm regular with that, I don't have problems there. But when I let life get in the way of keeping up with it, I flare so bad that I'm crippled completely for over a week at a time, lying in bed with heatvon it. I'm currently pursuing stem cell treatments for it.
