U can't be allergic to everything ? U could try nerve blocks but there only temporarily try cbd oil it helps me .hope u feel better I have as too as I'm just fusing along lol.my problem is bone spurs growing on my fingers & feet nothing Dr's can do but feed me more drugs which I refuse so I just do what I can do I'm in control of the disease the disease doesn't control me .

Heat, warm baths/showers, warming blankets wrapped around what is stiff & pain, CBD tincture or creams do help, but need to be from a reputable place. I can’t take nsaids due to kidney issues. So I use extra strength Tylenol (extended release) & use heat in the morning when I am the most painful/stiff & use CBD tincture at night. I also have a medicinal marijuana card that my pain doctor prescribed. Helps! I only use that when I really need it. I do not believe in narcotics, but that’s my personal choice.
