It’s how you position yourself.
I put pillows around me lower rear . Laying flat on back makes me wake up painful.
The discs and/or cysts ( I have a couple ) push against your main spinal column .
I understand, I am only in bed until 1-2 am. I have learned to try and squirrel a power nap in somewhere. Always tired. It's called "Painsomnia" can't sleep always in pain
