I'm on zejlanz it's supposed to help your hair grow which it is a little been on this medicine for about 4 months as well. While waiting for hair growth I do have to wear hair toppers they come in different lengths they snap right on top of your head with little combs that are attached. You wouldn't even know that is what you have on. That has help me emotionally with my hair for now. My down fall is my body hurts more now then it did before. So while it might be helping hair growth I don't think it's helping my AS and it's giving me acne as well . Never had so much acne as a kid now look at me . Well I'm seeing my rheumatologist Tuesday hopefully she give me good news. Being postive but think she'll be changing my medication again. I wish you the best in this journey that we all are on.
