Heating pad UNDER head and neck, with cold pack ON head helps

The neck pain, I have used Nsids, physical therapy for over a year. With no relief and increased pain. Pain Clinic was not helpful. A second opinion was with a Neurosurgeon. I just had surgery C5,C6,C7. with fusing.
