Good day everyone, I am having major flair ups when I walk on upward inclines, for example, up steps or up the hill outside. This is a problem because I live in a two story house. I try to stay on one level for the majority of the day. Does anyone else have this? Any recommendations?
Thank you!
Yes i know how you feel, i go up and down everyday 17 steps five or more times a day and it hurts going up more than down.
Me too. 13 steps in my house. Might as well be Everest sometimes. I have to sit and rest for an hour sometimes. Its ridiculous because I've always been an exceptionally athletic and active person. This bloody disease has aged me 30 years in just 3 years. Unbelievably aggressive. Biologics wiped out my white blood cells. Now it seems like if someone sneezes from 30 feet away and facing the other direction I will be sick with bronchitis and a sinus infection within a week. Its happened to me twice in 3 months. Other than covid, I haven't been sick in 20 years. Biologics, ugh, not good. Exposure to illnesses cause a flare.. Then I need an antibiotic to keep it from turning into pneumonia. Poof! All my hard worked for healthy microbiome wiped out too. Tangent. Sorry. We plan to install a chairlift when I can no longer manage the stairs.
