Yes most definitly..it happens about once a year and is dangerous..i say this because it landed me in the ER thinking i was having a Heart Attack..come to find out it was my Heart Muscle..Spondylitis causes this and you cant tell the difference from a Heart Attack and your Muscle..so take percaution..Have a pain free day...

No . But I definitely read it can happen as you get inflammation in your chest as well..But never assume a tight squeeze is your AS… as a heart attack can feel the same. Always best to let a Dr confirm the reason for the hug squeeze feeling.
